●Application requirements: ① 15 years old or older ② Japanese is not your mother tongue ③ Living/working/studying in Himeji City
●Theme of speech: Free (other than political, religious, or commercial matters)
●Speech time: 4-5 minutes
●Number of applicants: 15
●Application period: 13th of Dec., 2025
●Awards: Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, Audience Award, Participation Award
You will be notified by e-mail around 5th of January , 2026 whether or not you will be able to participate.
A rehearsal will be held on 25th of Jan. , 2026.
