How do I sign up?
Creating a FormOK account is completely free and very easy. Just click "Create account" to start using the Free plan.
To use a paid plan, upgrade from the Free plan after logging in.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Currently we accept credit cards only. Charges are billed automatically once a month in Japanese yen.
How much coding knowledge do I need?
None at all. You can build a form simply by dragging and dropping.
Is there a limit on responses?
On the Free plan you can receive up to 100 responses per month. Upgrade to a higher plan for unlimited responses.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your responses and files are protected on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud platform trusted by businesses worldwide, with servers in the United States.
We replicate your data across multiple locations and back it up every day. If hardware fails in one location, your data is still safe in another.
Every connection, from form submissions to your dashboard, is encrypted with SSL/TLS. And over the past 12 months, FormOK has delivered 99.9%+ uptime.
Do unused newsletter sends roll over?
No. The limit is monthly, so unused sends do not carry over. The send count resets on the 1st of each month.
Is it easy to cancel a paid plan?
Yes. You can cancel anytime by switching back to the Free plan yourself, and paid features continue until your billing close date. After cancellation, message retention becomes 30 days and older messages are automatically deleted.
Can I add storage?
Add-on storage for the Standard plan is coming soon.
