FAQ

How do I sign up?

Creating a FormOK account is completely free and very easy. Just click "Create account" to start using the Free plan.

To use a paid plan, upgrade from the Free plan after logging in.

How do I pay for a paid plan?

Currently we accept credit cards only. Charges are billed automatically once a month in Japanese yen.

How much coding knowledge do I need?

None at all. You can build a form simply by dragging and dropping.

Is there a limit on responses?

On the Free plan you can receive up to 100 responses per month. Upgrade to a higher plan for unlimited responses.

Is my data safe?

We run FormOK on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with our servers on the US West Coast. The AWS cloud infrastructure is designed to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments on the planet.

All data transfer on the platform and in forms is encrypted with SSL, so it is safe even for sensitive information.

Do unused newsletter sends roll over?

No. The limit is monthly, so unused sends do not carry over. The send count resets on the 1st of each month.

Is it easy to cancel a paid plan?

Yes. You can cancel anytime by switching back to the Free plan yourself, and paid features continue until your billing close date. After cancellation, message retention becomes 30 days and older messages are automatically deleted.

Can I add storage?

Only on the Standard plan. Additional storage is ¥5,000/mo (excl. tax) per 10GB. To request it, contact our support center. (Currently in preparation.)
